Timothy Collard

Timothy Collard is a Portfolio Manager at Boston Partners Global Investors, Inc., based in Boston, Massachusetts. In his current role, he manages the Boston Partners Mid Cap Value strategy, with a specific focus on value-oriented U.S. equity investments within the mid-cap universe. He is responsible for portfolio construction, security selection, and ongoing management of the strategy.

Mr. Collard’s sector expertise centers on aerospace & defense, transportation, housing, and automobile equities, drawing on extensive analytical experience in these areas. Prior to becoming Portfolio Manager, he served as Assistant Portfolio Manager and, earlier, as an equity analyst at Boston Partners, specializing in these sectors. His investment career prior to Boston Partners includes time as a founding partner and equity analyst at Shellback Capital, and as a research analyst at both Vinik Asset Management and Diamondback Capital Management.

Mr. Collard holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in American Studies from Middlebury College. He is recognized for his deep sector expertise and over fifteen years in investment research and portfolio management, having contributed significantly to Boston Partners' value equity franchise and earning a reputation for rigorous fundamental analysis within his coverage areas.
