Geoffrey Dancey

Geoffrey Dancey is Managing Partner and Portfolio Manager at Cutler Capital Management, LLC, based in Worcester, Massachusetts. In his current role, he oversees portfolio management, investment research, and is responsible for guiding both firm strategy and day-to-day investment decisions. He leads the management of prominent funds, including the Cutler Investment Fund (CIF) and Cutler Financials Fund (CFF).

Dancey specializes in trading and analysis of convertible securities, with a strong focus on the financial sector, particularly community banks and specialty finance companies. His expertise extends to defensive equity strategies and ETF portfolios, and he performs fundamental research and financial modeling across these asset classes.

With over two decades in investment management, Dancey's prior roles include relationship manager at Wellesley Asset Management, TD Wealth, and Private Client Advisor at US Trust/Bank of America. He holds an MBA and BA from Clark University and is a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC). Outside of portfolio management, he is active on several nonprofit boards and investment committees in the Worcester area, contributing to both the investment field and local community organizations.
