Greg Jiang

Greg Jiang, CFA, is Vice President and Portfolio Manager at Frontier Capital Management Co. LLC, where he leads the Frontier Small Cap Value strategy and serves as an equity partner in the firm. In his current role, he oversees investment decisions and portfolio construction with a focus on delivering long-term capital appreciation by employing a disciplined Relative Value approach to identify attractive U.S. small-cap equity opportunities.

Greg’s investment specialization is in U.S. small-cap, smid-cap, and mid-cap stocks, with primary expertise in the management of small-cap value portfolios for institutional clients. He works closely with Frontier’s centralized research team, collaborating with industry specialists to identify undervalued companies across a broad range of sectors within the small-cap universe.

He has more than 25 years’ experience in investment management and joined Frontier Capital in 2005. Greg holds a B.S. from the University of Texas at Austin, a M.S. from Stanford University, and an M.B.A. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. His notable achievements include co-managing more than $2.6 billion in assets under the Small Cap Value strategy (as of September 2025) and contributing to Frontier Capital's reputation as a leading specialist in growth and value equity portfolios.
