Mary Lisanti

Mary Lisanti is President, Managing Member, and Portfolio Manager at Lisanti Capital Growth, LLC, based in New York, NY. She leads investment strategy, portfolio management, and serves as Chief Investment Officer, focusing on small cap growth equity investments for institutional and high net worth clients. Her expertise centers on small and SMID cap growth sectors, where she oversees active equity portfolios and employs a disciplined investment process refined over more than four decades.

Throughout her career, Lisanti has built and managed investment teams at leading asset management firms, including serving as Chief Investment Officer of ING Investments, LLC, increasing assets under management from several hundred million to several billion dollars. She previously held senior portfolio management roles at Strong Capital Management and led small/mid cap strategies at Bankers Trust.

A graduate of Princeton University with a BA in English, Lisanti is a recognized veteran of small cap growth research and investing with 45+ years of industry experience.
