Marc Scheuer

Marc Scheuer is a partner and Chief Operating Officer at MATRIX PRIVATE CAPITAL GROUP LLC in New York, where he co-leads the firm's Private Equity business and supports strategic advisory client relationships. In his role, he is responsible for overseeing operations and management, directly involved with investment strategies for high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional clients, focusing primarily on private equity and strategic advisory across diversified asset classes.

Marc brings over a decade of experience in finance and investment banking, having previously worked for eight years at Matrix Advisors and five years at Lehman Brothers, where he gained expertise in direct investing and executing proprietary M&A transactions within Lehman Brothers’ Corporate Strategy Group. His work spans investments in private equity, complex strategic advisory, mergers and acquisitions, and customized asset solutions for affluent clients.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, magna cum laude, from Middlebury College, and is recognized for his deep industry knowledge and operational leadership. Marc’s contributions to Matrix Private Capital Group include building a high-performing team and expanding the firm’s reach in private equity and bespoke investment advisory for clients across multiple sectors.
