Arnoud van Leeuwen is a Partner and Chief Operating Officer at North of South Capital LLP, based in London. In his current role, he oversees the firm's operations, compliance, and infrastructure, ensuring robust support for its investment activities. His responsibilities include developing and maintaining operational frameworks that enable North of South’s specialist investment strategies to perform effectively.

Arnoud specializes in supporting investment management focused on global and emerging markets equities, with North of South Capital recognized for its expertise in these sectors. While his primary remit is operational and compliance leadership, he plays a strategic role in facilitating the firm’s investment processes across diversified geographic sectors and asset classes.

Before becoming Partner and COO, Arnoud joined North of South Capital in 2004 as Operations Manager, reflecting deep institutional knowledge and a key role in the firm’s growth. He holds a BA in International Finance and Marketing from Boston University and an MA from London Business School, underscoring his expertise in finance and management. Arnoud’s significant contribution lies in building and maintaining the operational capabilities that underpin North of South’s competitive edge in global emerging markets investing.
