David Sterenfeld

David Sterenfeld is currently an Asset Allocation and Quantitative Research Associate at PRAGMA PATRIMONIO, based in São Paulo. In this role, he is responsible for developing and applying quantitative models to inform multi-asset allocation strategies, supporting portfolio construction and risk management for high-net-worth and institutional clients. His work spans the analysis of diversified asset classes, with a particular emphasis on global equities, fixed income, and alternative investments.

Previously, David served as a Senior Associate in Data Management at Pragma and as a Quantitative Research Analyst at PRAGMA GESTÃO DE PATRIMÔNIO. These positions provided him with deep expertise in quantitative analysis, portfolio modeling, and investment research processes across various market cycles and economic environments.

David holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Fundação Getulio Vargas and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidade de São Paulo. His academic and professional background equips him with a strong analytical foundation and advanced skills in econometrics, financial modeling, and portfolio optimization. He is recognized for integrating data-driven insights into asset allocation strategies tailored for complex, diversified portfolios.
