Rajen Shah

Rajen Shah is Managing Director at Alkeon Capital Management LLC in New York, where he oversees portfolios with a focus on public equities and growth investing. He specializes in analyzing companies across the energy, media, and retail sectors, leveraging over twenty years of experience in hedge fund management and equity research.

Prior to joining Alkeon in 2013, Mr. Shah held key roles as Partner, Portfolio Manager, and Analyst at CastleRock Management, and Partner at Post Road Capital Management, where he directed investment strategies and analysis. Earlier in his career, he gained expertise in mergers and acquisitions and venture capital at prestigious institutions including J.P. Morgan and Schroders.

Mr. Shah holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BS in Engineering from Cornell University, credentials that underpin his analytical rigor and strategic insight.
