Himanshu Gulati

Himanshu Gulati serves as Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer at Antara Capital LP, a New York-based hedge fund he founded in 2018. In his role, Gulati leads the firm's investment strategy and oversees all portfolio management, focusing on rigorous security selection, dynamic asset allocation, and robust risk management. He is also Chairman of Slam Corp., a related investment entity.

Gulati's expertise centers on event-driven investments across the capital structure, including distressed credit, catalyst credit, busted converts, loans, bonds, and special situation equities. His approach combines fundamental research with active trading, seeking equity-like returns with credit-like downside protection.
