Greg Margolis

Greg Margolis is a Portfolio Manager at Cinctive Capital Management LP, based in New York, where he leads a broad consumer sector portfolio. In his current capacity, Margolis is responsible for investing across the consumer industry, bringing deep expertise in long/short equity strategies focused on consumer companies.

He has over two decades of experience covering the consumer sector, previously serving as a portfolio manager at ExodusPoint Capital and spending almost eight years running a portfolio at Millennium Management. Margolis began his investment career in Equity Research at Glickenhaus & Co., and has developed significant expertise in consumer equities through leadership roles at major hedge funds and investment firms.

Margolis holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin and an MBA from Columbia Business School. He is recognized for his robust analytical skills and strategic investment approach, contributing to advances in active management and multi-manager portfolio construction within the alternative investments industry.
