Andrew Bergeron

Andrew Bergeron is currently an Investment Banking Summer and Fall Analyst at Cyrus Capital Partners, L.P., based in New York, NY. In this role, he is involved in financial analysis, deal execution, and investment research, supporting the firm’s strategies within the special situations, credit, and distressed asset sectors. His analytical work aids senior partners and portfolio managers in identifying and evaluating opportunities primarily within fixed income and credit-linked instruments.

Prior to this, Andrew gained investment banking experience as a Summer and Fall Analyst at Peakview Partners, LLC, where he contributed to due diligence and deal structuring efforts. He has also completed two hedge fund analyst roles at Cyrus Capital Partners, further developing expertise in distressed debt, event-driven, and structured finance investments. Throughout these positions, he has focused on sectors including transportation, consumer services, and industrials, with a particular emphasis on complex capital structures and turnaround opportunities.

Andrew holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business and academic credentials from IMG Academy and Saint Francis High School. His background demonstrates a strong foundation in financial modeling, valuation, and asset management, and he is recognized for his contribution to high-performing investment teams in the alternative asset management space.
