Gabriel Fauvet

Gabriel Fauvet is an Investment Analyst at Cyrus Capital Partners, L.P., where he conducts research, financial analysis, and due diligence on potential and existing credit and distressed investment opportunities. In this capacity, he supports investment decisions by developing detailed models and market assessments focused on credit instruments and special situations within public and private markets.

He began his finance career at La Financière de l'Echiquier (LFDE), first as an Operations Assistant and then as a Credit Analyst, where he evaluated corporate creditworthiness and monitored fixed-income portfolios, primarily within the European credit market. His responsibilities included assessing risk, contributing to credit investment committee meetings, and supporting portfolio management efforts related to both investment grade and high yield bonds.

Gabriel holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Financial Management Services and a Licence in Gestion from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, along with a Baccalauréat in Sciences économiques et sociales from Saint-Jean de Passy. His expertise centers on credit analysis, fixed income, and distressed asset investing, particularly within the European market.
