Sarah Wilson

Sarah F. Wilson serves as Partner and Director of Business Development at Indaba Capital Management, L.P., a hedge fund based in San Francisco, California, with over $1.5 billion in assets under management. In this leadership role, she is responsible for the firm's business development strategy, investor relations, and capital raising initiatives.

Her expertise centers on alternative investments with a focus on corporate equity and debt within public and private markets—consistent with Indaba’s core investment approach in these asset classes. Sarah is a key member of the senior team contributing to Indaba’s presence and growth across institutional investor networks in the United States.

Sarah holds a B.S. in Commerce from the University of Virginia's McIntire School of Commerce (Class of 2003). Prior to joining Indaba in 2014, she held senior business development roles in the investment management industry, establishing a strong track record in client relations and capital formation for alternative asset managers. She is recognized for her commitment to advancing diversity and best practices within the investment sector.
