Adam Cooper

Adam Cooper is a Partner and Head of Investor Relations and Business Development at Masters Capital Management LLC, a prominent investment management firm headquartered in Atlanta. Since joining Masters in 2004 as Director of Research, he has shifted his focus to overseeing the firm’s relationships with investors and driving business development strategies. He plays a key role in supporting the firm’s growth and engaging institutional clients.

Cooper’s investment expertise is rooted in his substantial background in fixed income, equity, and derivatives markets, developed over a decade at leading financial institutions. Prior to Masters, he served as Vice President in the Fixed Income and Equities divisions at Goldman Sachs, and before that, the Fixed Income derivatives division at Morgan Stanley. His early experience also includes work on the fixed income trading desk at Casgrain and Company, providing him with broad exposure to traditional and alternative asset classes, especially fixed income securities, credit products, and derivatives.

Adam Cooper holds an MBA in Finance from Concordia University’s John Molson School of Business and a BA in Economics from McGill University. Throughout his career, he has contributed to investment strategy, research leadership, and capital markets innovation, supporting Masters Capital Management’s reputation for disciplined, research-driven investing with an emphasis on institutional client service.
