Daniel Petoukhov

Daniel Petoukhov is a Quant Trader at Old Mission in Chicago, where he designs and implements quantitative trading strategies across multiple asset classes. Old Mission is recognized for providing liquidity in complex and illiquid exchange-traded funds (ETFs), and Daniel’s role focuses on high-frequency, multi-asset trading within challenging ETF markets.

Previously, Daniel was a Quantitative Trader at Wolverine Trading, where he specialized in electronic market making and derivatives trading. His experience covers equities and options, with an emphasis on systematic strategy development and optimization of execution in electronic markets.

He holds an Honours Bachelor of Mathematics (BMath) in Mathematical Finance from the University of Waterloo and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the Lazaridis School of Business & Economics at Wilfrid Laurier University. Daniel’s educational background and analytical expertise underpin his work in quantitative finance, particularly in deploying mathematical models and data-driven decision-making in the ETF and equity derivatives sectors.
