Joleigh Underwood is currently a Research Analyst at Old Mission, a leading global market maker specializing in hard-to-price and illiquid exchange-traded funds (ETFs) and multi-asset strategies. In this role, she focuses on research and analysis in the ETF sector and other complex public markets, providing insights that support strategic trading and risk management objectives for institutional clients.

Prior to joining Old Mission, Joleigh gained analytical experience as an Analyst with Culverhouse Investment Management Group, where she contributed to investment research in equities and fixed income, and as a Debt Capital Markets Summer Analyst at Citi, focusing on credit markets and corporate bond issuance.
