Kareem Hammad

Kareem Hammad is a Partner at P2 Capital Partners, LLC in New York, where he has been a core member of the leadership team since 2007. In his current role, he is responsible for managing significant ownership stakes in high-quality, small- and mid-cap public companies, applying a private equity approach to public market investing. P2 Capital Partners is known for its operational activism and value creation strategies, with an investment focus that includes executing concentrated positions and leading take-private transactions in sectors such as industrials, business services, and technology-enabled businesses.

Kareem holds a Bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University, where he majored in Finance and International Business.
