Lillian Zhang

Lillian Zhang is an Investment Associate at Polar Asset Management Partners Inc., based in New York, NY. In her current role, she focuses on credit events and investment opportunities across global markets, supporting portfolio managers with research, modeling, and deal execution in the credit and event-driven strategies space. She is responsible for analyzing and executing investments, with an emphasis on event-driven, credit, and multi-strategy hedge fund sectors.

Prior to joining Polar Asset Management Partners, she was a Senior Analyst and previously an Analyst in the Investment Banking division at Citi, where she covered M&A, capital markets, and leveraged finance transactions across a range of industries (2022-2024). This experience allowed her to develop strong expertise in financial modeling, deal structuring, and market analysis for both public and private companies.

Lillian holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Computing & Data Science from NYU Stern School of Business. Her background in quantitative analysis and finance positions her to contribute significantly to Polar’s investment team, particularly within complex credit, event-driven, and hedge fund asset classes.
