Priscilla Lee

Priscilla Lee is an Associate at RAVen (RA Ventures), the venture creation arm of RA Capital Management based in Boston, MA. In her current role, she is primarily responsible for NewCo creation, working closely with venture partners and entrepreneurs-in-residence to build and launch innovative biotechnology companies. Her focus extends to company-building in the biotechnology and life sciences sectors, supporting the development of therapeutics and cutting-edge scientific ventures.

Previously, Priscilla was an Associate at RA Capital Management, where she contributed to investment research and diligence across a broad range of life sciences opportunities (2021–2024). Earlier, she served as a Senior Scientist at Sanofi, specializing in molecular biology and immunology research. Her background features hands-on work in drug development and deep sector expertise in molecular, cellular, and developmental biology.

Priscilla holds a PhD in Molecular Cellular and Developmental Biology from The Ohio State University, as well as an MS and BS in Immunology and Life Science from National Taiwan University. She leverages her profound scientific training to identify and advance breakthrough technologies in biotech. Across her career, Priscilla has played a key role in creating new ventures at the intersection of science and investment, particularly focusing on therapeutics, molecular biology, and immunology within the life sciences domain.
