Ted Roosevelt

Ted Roosevelt V is the founding and managing partner of Redwood Grove Capital, LLC, a California-based investment firm specializing in climate-focused value public equity. At Redwood Grove Capital, he oversees investment strategy and portfolio management, emphasizing the integration of climate considerations into traditional value investing for institutional clients. His primary investment focus is on public equities impacted by climate change, including sectors such as clean energy, environmental technologies, and companies positioned for the transition to a low-carbon economy.

Roosevelt previously served as a managing director at GoldenTree Asset Management, where he focused on high-yield, distressed, and structured credit investments, and as a senior vice president in Lehman Brothers’ and Barclays Capital’s Distressed Research and Leverage Finance Groups. He is recognized for his expertise in climate investing, ESG integration, and value-oriented investment approaches within climate-sensitive sectors.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in political science from Princeton University and a Master of Science in Management from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
