Rebecca Lynn

Rebecca Lynn is currently a Summer 2024 Hedge Fund Analyst at Samlyn Capital, LLC, where she is based in Newport Beach, CA. In this role, she is engaged in research and analysis of public equity investments, contributing to the firm’s deep-dive fundamental analysis across global sectors. Her particular focus includes evaluating companies in the technology, consumer, and healthcare sectors, collaborating closely with portfolio managers and senior analysts to formulate and present investment theses.

Prior to her position at Samlyn Capital, Rebecca was a Growth Equity Analyst at RX3 Growth Partners, where she analyzed high-growth, late-stage private companies and supported sourcing and diligence activities primarily in consumer and lifestyle-oriented sectors. She has also demonstrated leadership as a representative for the Yale Women’s Athletic Council, where she leverages her background as a student-athlete to advocate for women's athletics at Yale.

Rebecca holds a degree in Economics and Political Science from Yale University, providing her with a strong foundation in macroeconomic analysis, policy research, and quantitative methods. Through her internships and extracurricular involvement, she has developed expertise in both public and private equity investing, with particular interest in technology-driven growth and consumer sectors.
