Ken Raguse

Ken Raguse is a Portfolio Manager at SSI Investment Management LLC based in Manhattan Beach, California, where he leads investment strategy and manages multi-asset portfolios within the firm’s Flexible Allocation Strategy team. He is directly responsible for portfolio construction, asset allocation, and risk management, leveraging more than 33 years of investment industry experience to deliver long-term growth with moderate risk and to protect capital in volatile markets.

Raguse’s expertise spans across a range of asset classes including U.S. and international equities, convertible securities, investment grade and non-investment grade fixed income, and actively managed balanced portfolios which combine equities and high-quality bonds. His particular focus is on dynamic asset allocation using exchange-traded funds (ETFs), mutual funds, and notes, alongside direct investments in large- and mid-cap stocks, convertible bonds, and municipal securities to capture opportunities during periods of market disruption.

He holds a Master of Science in Investments and Securities from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
