Sanije Perrett

Sanije Perrett is the President and Founding Partner of Arena Capital Advisors, LLC, based in Santa Monica, California. In this role, she oversees the firm’s operations, strategic initiatives, and regulatory affairs, leveraging over 30 years of extensive experience in investment management and legal compliance. Arena Capital Advisors is an independent hedge fund manager with a focus on fixed income, including high-yield credit strategies.

Sanije specializes in managing and advising on fixed income assets, particularly within the high-yield sector, and has significant expertise in legal, compliance, and regulatory frameworks for investment firms. Her leadership supports Arena’s core strength in credit opportunities, distressed debt, and special situations.

Prior to Arena, Sanije served as Chief Operating Officer and Board Member at Post Advisory Group, as well as Chief Legal and Compliance Officer at Relational Investors. She began her career as a regulator with the State of Arizona Securities Division and later worked as Senior Counsel for Nomura International in London. Sanije received her law degree with honors from the University of Wales, UK, and is recognized for her contributions to building robust compliance and governance structures in the investment industry.
