Pj Zinsner

PJ Zinsner is an Associate Research Analyst at Evolutionary Tree Capital Management, LLC, where he plays an integral role on the Investment Team conducting rigorous investment research and supporting due diligence processes for both existing holdings and new opportunities. At Evolutionary Tree, PJ directly supports the firm's innovation-focused, concentrated U.S. growth strategy, which emphasizes leading public equities across large, mid, and select small-cap companies benefitting from long-term secular trends and evolutionary shifts in the economy. His specific research focus aligns with sectors driven by innovation, including technology, healthcare, and other industries where transformative change shapes investment opportunities.

PJ began his investment career with a financial modeling and research internship at Middleburg Communities, concentrating on multifamily real estate investments and demonstrating strong applied analytical skills. He leverages his quantitative expertise in economics, mathematics, and accounting in his current responsibilities, performing detailed analysis on data-driven and model-based projects for the portfolio.

PJ holds a Master of Accounting from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and dual undergraduate degrees in Economics and Mathematics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. While at UNC, he was a standout scholar-athlete, recognized as a Top 10 Scholar Athlete and recipient of the NCAA Elite 90 Award for academic achievement.
