Andrew Ramsey

Andrew Ramsey is an Investment Officer at Hirtle, Callaghan & Co. based in Denver, Colorado, where he specializes in advising philanthropic families and nonprofit organizations, including endowments and foundations, on building and managing tailored investment portfolios. In his role, he serves as the primary strategic advisor, coordinating investment planning, portfolio management, tax, and estate planning to create holistic solutions that align with clients' personal and organizational missions. He is recognized for his ability to design conflict-free programs that manage complex asset allocations and maximize capital impact.

Andrew’s investment focus centers on diversified multi-asset class portfolios for high-net-worth families and institutions. He particularly emphasizes working with mission-driven organizations, developing strategies that integrate traditional asset classes with specialized funds to support long-term growth and sustainability for philanthropic aims. As chair of the investment committee for Energy Outreach Colorado, he brings direct experience in nonprofit endowment management and impact investing.

Prior to joining Hirtle, Callaghan & Co., Andrew was Director, Client Advisory at Crestone Capital Advisors, where he guided wealth management decisions for ultra-high-net-worth clients. He began his career as an Air Force Officer, specializing in contract negotiation and strategic procurement, and was awarded the Bronze Star for his service in Afghanistan. He holds an MBA in Strategic Purchasing from the Naval Postgraduate School and a Bachelor of Science in Management with a German minor from the United States Air Force Academy, complemented by his ongoing involvement as a trustee at Culver Academies.
