With over 25 years of experience, Jim's career spans advisory leadership at Ernst & Young, where he served as Regional Leader for Wealth Advisory Services, and earlier roles at J.P. Morgan Delaware. His expertise encompasses asset allocation, investment management, financial planning for executives, endowments, and retirement plans, with significant sector focus on corporate executive compensation, philanthropic planning, and multi-asset portfolios.

Jim holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Delaware and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
