Adam Schor

Adam Schor is the President and Chief Risk Officer at NZS CAPITAL, LLC, based in Denver, Colorado. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing investment strategy and risk management, crafting portfolios that focus on companies creating value for customers, employees, society, and the environment. His work emphasizes innovative approaches to portfolio construction that consider both financial and social factors in asset selection.

Schor’s expertise centers on equities and asset management, with a particular focus on global equity markets. At NZS CAPITAL, he primarily manages portfolios within the public equity sector, emphasizing businesses positioned for long-term sustainable growth. He also has a strong background in evaluating and managing risk across diverse equity portfolios.

Prior to joining NZS CAPITAL, Schor was Director of Global Equity Strategies at Janus Henderson Investors for 11 years and served as Chief Investment Officer at Bee and Associates for a decade. He holds a bachelor's degree in journalism from Northwestern University and a master’s in finance from the University of Wisconsin Graduate School of Business. Schor is also a finance lecturer at Metropolitan State University of Denver, contributing thought leadership to the investment industry in areas of equity market analysis and asset management.
