Benjamin Sullivan

Benjamin C. Sullivan serves as Chief Investment Officer and Vice President at Palisades Hudson Asset Management, L.P., based in Austin, Texas. In his current role, he leads the firm's investment committee and a team of portfolio managers overseeing more than $1.8 billion in client assets, shaping investment strategy, portfolio management, due diligence, and manager selection for a broad client base including individuals, families, business entities, and private investment funds.

His expertise spans multi-asset portfolio construction, asset allocation, personal financial planning, tax strategy, and valuation services, with a specific focus on implementing efficient and cost-effective investment solutions for high-net-worth clients and institutions. He is also involved with specialized teams advising clients in the entertainment and sports sectors.

Ben began his career at Palisades Hudson in 2007, established the Austin branch in 2016, and has held roles of increasing responsibility across investment, client services, and executive management. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Management in Finance and Legal Studies in Business from Tulane University and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER®, Certified Valuation Analyst, and Enrolled Agent authorized to represent clients before the IRS.
