Apma Matt Rodrigue

Matt Rodrigue, APMA®, CRPC®, is the Chief Investment Officer at TruWealth Advisors, LLC, based in New Orleans, Louisiana. In this role since January 2022, he leads the firm's investment strategy, oversees asset management, and is responsible for securities analysis and the design of custom asset allocation models tailored to client objectives. Rodrigue specializes in portfolio management across equities, fixed income, and alternative investments, actively managing diverse client assets within high-net-worth, institutional, and corporate portfolios.

Before becoming CIO, Rodrigue served as Senior Investment Strategist at TruWealth Advisors, where he developed and refined the firm’s investment frameworks. His prior experience includes significant roles at major asset managers such as Invesco and Columbia Threadneedle, and as Vice President of Institutional Trading at Iberia Capital Partners, equipping him with deep expertise in capital markets and trading operations. At TruWealth, his focus extends to comprehensive securities analysis and the implementation of tailored multi-asset investment strategies.

Rodrigue holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Alabama and is an alumnus of Jesuit High School in New Orleans. In addition to his professional accomplishments, he serves as a board member for Armelise Planting Company and is active in philanthropic endeavors with the Drew Rodrigue Foundation. He is recognized for his expertise in asset allocation, institutional trading, and security analysis within public equities, fixed income, and alternative asset classes.
