Gianluca Romano, CFO, stated that the duration, volume, and mix of long-term agreements (FTAs or build-to-order) vary by customer. He confirmed that the vast majority of Seagate's nearline exabytes are already committed for the entire calendar 2026 through these long build-to-order agreements.
