Matt Degaetano

Matt DeGaetano is an Associate at Bramshill Investments LLC, based in Newport Beach, CA. In his current role, he is primarily responsible for investments, analysis, and operations, having joined Bramshill full-time in 2023 after completing a summer internship with the firm in 2022. His work includes supporting the evaluation and execution of strategies across the firm's core focus on US fixed income asset classes and multi-asset investment solutions, with exposure to tactical income portfolios and value-driven credit opportunities.

Prior to Bramshill Investments, Matt gained experience as an Equity Analyst at Colgate Investment Group, where he specialized in equity analysis, portfolio management, and macroeconomic research for the student-managed investment group. His interests and expertise span fixed income, credit markets, and equities, supported by a robust analytical background developed through internships and academic roles in portfolio management.

Matt earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, magna cum laude, from Colgate University, with a minor in Economics, and has participated in summer programs at Dartmouth College and Columbia University. He has demonstrated leadership in university investment groups, sports, and research, equipping him with a versatile skill set for the investment management industry.
