Jennifer Graff

Jennifer W. Graff, CFA, is a Managing Director and Senior Portfolio Manager at Ceredex Value Advisors LLC in Orlando, Florida, an investment management affiliate of Virtus Investment Partners. She oversees the Large Cap Value and Concentrated Large Cap Value Equity strategies, focusing on constructing value-oriented equity portfolios for institutional and individual clients.

Ms. Graff specializes in the industrials and materials sectors, leveraging a bottom-up, fundamental value investing approach to identify quality, dividend-paying companies with attractive valuations and positive price appreciation catalysts. She began her career at Ceredex’s predecessor firm in 2001 as a research analyst covering these sectors and has held roles of increasing responsibility culminating in her current leadership position as portfolio manager since 2021.

She holds a B.A. in psychology from the University of Central Florida and has been a Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA) charterholder since 2003. Ms. Graff is recognized for her long-standing collaboration with the investment team and her expertise in value equity strategies, contributing to Ceredex’s strong track record and client-centric philosophy.
