Stacy Luchin

Stacy Luchin, CIPM, is the Managing Director of Information and Business Solutions at Diamond Hill Capital Management Inc. in Columbus, Ohio, where she leads investment operations, oversees performance measurement, and drives innovation in data governance and business processes within asset management. In her current capacity, Stacy is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of performance data across diverse portfolios and supporting strategic decision-making across Diamond Hill’s investment teams, with a focus on performance analytics and investment operations across multiple asset classes.

Prior to her current role, Stacy served as Managing Director of Investment Operations at Diamond Hill and held positions as Product Analyst, Manager of Investment Operations, and Research Analyst/Trader at C.H. Dean, LLC. Her background encompasses extensive experience in asset management, financial analysis, project management, and business intelligence, enabling her to contribute meaningfully to operational improvements and data stewardship within the firm.

Stacy holds both a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Dayton, and is a Certified Investment Performance Measurement (CIPM) professional. She has participated in professional development initiatives, including CFA Institute webinars, and is recognized for her efforts to foster best practices in investment performance, continuous learning, and sustainable innovation in the asset management industry.
