Anouk Dey

Anouk Dey is a partner at Durable Capital Partners LP, based in Chevy Chase Village, Maryland. She has been with Durable Capital Partners since its inception in 2019, where she plays a senior role in investment strategy and is recognized for her expertise in growth equity investing, particularly focused on small-cap and growth companies. At Durable, she helps identify and evaluate opportunities across public and private markets, with an emphasis on long-term compounding businesses.

Prior to joining Durable, Anouk was Vice President and investment analyst in the U.S. Equity Division at T. Rowe Price, specializing in small-cap growth stocks. She began her finance career as an investment banking summer analyst at Morgan Stanley, and earlier held roles in editorial and non-profit leadership including as Deputy Editor of OpenCanada.org and co-founder of Reclaim Childhood, which serves refugee girls in the Middle East.

Anouk holds a Bachelor’s degree with honors in Political Science from Williams College and an M.Phil. in International Relations from the University of Oxford, where she was a Donovan-Moody scholar. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), an Action Canada fellow, and was recognized as one of Canada’s Most Powerful Women in 2013. Anouk also co-teaches a course on long-term investing ('Compounders Independent Study') at Columbia Business School, further highlighting her deep expertise in growth and compounder-focused equity investing.
