Jonathan Bloom

Jonathan Bloom is the Chief Investment Officer and Partner at Fiduciary Management, Inc. (FMI), based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. As CIO, he leads the firm’s investment research and portfolio management activities, overseeing analyst teams and setting strategy across FMI’s suite of equity investment products. Bloom plays a critical role in the Portfolio Management Committee, helping to guide the low-turnover, value-oriented approach that defines FMI’s philosophy.

At FMI, Bloom focuses on equity investment strategies, including Large-Cap, Small-Cap, All-Cap, International, Global, and Focused Global mandates. These strategies encompass both domestic and international markets, with a concentrated value discipline rooted in fundamental research. He is responsible for managing assets for a diverse client base including institutions, high-net-worth individuals, and registered investment advisors, and monitoring portfolios for consistency within these specialized sectors.
