Ashley Adam

Ashley Adam is Principal and Senior Analyst at Geneva Capital Management LLC in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In this role, she is a key member of the Investment Strategy Group, focusing on conducting high-quality, fundamental equity research to support Geneva’s U.S. small cap, mid cap, and SMID cap growth equity strategies. Her responsibilities center around the rigorous analysis of potential equity investments, portfolio construction, and providing insights that align with the firm’s disciplined growth-oriented investment approach.

Ms. Adam joined Geneva Capital Management in 2013 following her experience at Morgan Stanley, where she held roles in finance strategy, operations, and technology management, as well as serving as a summer analyst in their Financial Control Group. Throughout her career, she has developed deep expertise in equity research, DCF valuation, financial analysis, and portfolio management, with an emphasis on growth equities across small and mid-cap sectors within the U.S. markets.

Ashley holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University’s College of Business and an MBA from the Wisconsin School of Business, where she completed the Applied Security Analysis Program (ASAP). She is recognized for her rigorous analytical skills and commitment to high-quality investment research within the growth equity segment.
