Michelle Picard

Michelle Picard is the former Managing Principal and Portfolio Manager at Geneva Capital Management LLC in Milwaukee, WI, where she was a member of the Investment Strategy Group and key leader of the firm's growth equity investment process. During her tenure from 1999 to 2017, she played a central role co-managing over $6 billion in assets, focusing on growth equity strategies with a particular emphasis on mid-cap and small-cap U.S. stocks for institutional and high-net-worth clients.

Her expertise centers on identifying high-quality, fundamentally strong companies with above-average earnings and growth prospects, especially in the mid-cap equity space, which she has described as offering both stability and attractive growth potential compared to small- and large-cap stocks.
