Sarah J. Jankowski is Managing Partner and Chief Operating Officer at Frontier Capital Management Company LLC, a Boston-based investment firm specializing in U.S. equity strategies. In her role, she oversees the firm's overall management—sharing responsibility for strategic decision-making on the Management Committee—and provides direct oversight of operations, information technology, and trading functions. As an equity partner, she plays a critical role in both governance and day-to-day business operations.
