Michael Santini is a Portfolio Manager and Partner at Ghisallo Capital Management LLC, where he is responsible for portfolio management and investment strategy at the firm. Based in New York, he plays a critical role in identifying and executing investment opportunities for institutional and high-net-worth clients, leveraging his expertise in the alternative asset management space.

Santini’s investment focus includes structured credit, fixed income, and other credit-related asset classes, having built a strong track record in these sectors throughout his career. Prior to joining Ghisallo Capital Management, he served as Portfolio Manager and Managing Director at One William Street Capital Management, and held senior positions at Helios & Matheson, American Asset, Sorin Capital Management, and Prudential, with a consistent emphasis on credit and alternative investments.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Performance and Communication Arts from St. Lawrence University, supporting a well-rounded approach to both analytical and client relationship aspects of investment management. With over two decades of experience, Santini is recognized for his deep sector knowledge and strategic leadership in credit markets and structured products.
