Holden Greene

Holden Greene is an Associate at Marathon Asset Management in New York, where he is involved in sourcing, underwriting, and managing investments across public and private credit strategies. His responsibilities encompass portfolio analysis and transaction execution, with a focus on credit markets, including direct lending, asset-based lending, structured credit, and opportunistic credit—asset classes central to Marathon’s investment platform.

Before joining Marathon, Holden held associate and analyst positions at Ares Management Corporation, gaining in-depth exposure to alternative asset management, corporate credit, and diversified investment services. At Ares, he developed expertise in due diligence, financial modeling, and structuring investments in both traditional and alternative credit markets.

Holden holds a Master’s in Accounting from the University of Michigan’s Stephen M. Ross School of Business, alongside dual bachelor's degrees in Organizational Studies and Economics from the University of Michigan.
