Evan D. Fox, CFA, is a Principal and Portfolio Manager at Pzena Investment Management in New York, where he co-manages several value-focused strategies including Small Cap Focused Value, SMID, Global Small Cap Focused, Mid Cap, and Mid Cap Focused Value portfolios. His primary responsibilities center on the management and research of U.S. and global small- and mid-cap value equity portfolios, with a specific expertise in identifying fundamentally undervalued companies across these asset classes.

Fox joined Pzena in 2007 and has since established himself as a key member of the firm’s investment team, contributing to the firm’s disciplined value investment process and supporting significant growth in their small- and mid-cap strategies. Earlier in his career, he gained experience as an investment banking intern at Lazard and as an intern at Bell Laboratories, providing him with a broad analytical foundation.

He holds both a BSE and BAS in Finance and Biotechnology from the University of Pennsylvania, reflecting his strong quantitative background and interdisciplinary perspective. Fox is also a CFA charterholder, underscoring his commitment to professional excellence and industry standards.
