Helen Yee

Helen Yee, CFA, serves as a Senior Portfolio Manager and Senior Vice President at Ramirez Asset Management, Inc. in New York, overseeing fixed income strategies for a diversified institutional client base including public and private retirement plans, corporations, government entities, foundations, and endowments. Her primary responsibilities involve managing fixed income portfolios, portfolio construction, and risk analysis—she is recognized for her expertise in sectors such as government, corporate, and other fixed income asset classes.

Prior to joining Ramirez Asset Management in 2010, Helen was Director of Fixed Income at Amalgamated Bank, where she managed fixed income investments, directed strategy, and handled day-to-day portfolio management and risk oversight for more than a decade. Earlier roles include fixed income portfolio analyst positions at J&W Seligman and Fiduciary Trust. This experience has given her a comprehensive perspective on credit, risk management, and performance analytics in the fixed income industry.

Helen holds an MBA in Finance from the NYU Stern School of Business and a BA in Economics from Oberlin College. She is a CFA charterholder and an active member of the CFA Institute, demonstrating a continued commitment to professional excellence and industry best practices.
