Christopher Tsai

Christopher Tsai is President and Chief Investment Officer of Tsai Capital Corp, an investment management firm based in New York with a focus on the preservation and long-term growth of capital for select families and organizations. He leads all investment activities at the firm and chairs its advisory committee, drawing on over two decades of experience as a third-generation investor whose family’s financial legacy traces back to World War II, including pioneering figures in both Chinese and American finance.

Tsai specializes in a value-oriented, long-term investment approach, targeting high-quality growth companies that demonstrate sustainable competitive advantages, strong balance sheets, innovative cultures, and the ability to compound earnings at above-average rates. His research spans global equity markets with a particular emphasis on companies capable of significant reinvestment and growth, always maintaining a margin of safety at purchase.
