Russ Andrews

Russ Andrews is a Partner and Co-Head of Business Development at Waterfall Asset Management in New York, where he is responsible for client relationships, capital-raising, and global business development initiatives. Waterfall Asset Management is a prominent alternative investment management firm, specializing in structured credit and asset-based lending across sectors such as asset-backed securities (ABS), mortgage-backed securities (MBS), and specialty finance.

With over 30 years of financial services experience, Russ has held senior leadership roles prior to Waterfall, including Managing Director for Alternative Investments at Wachovia Securities, where he also served as Head of Structured Product Syndicate and Debt Capital Markets. He began his career at Signet Bank, overseeing fixed income trading and syndicate, and has consistently focused on structured finance and fixed income markets throughout his career.

Russ holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the College of William and Mary and an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business. Recognized for his expertise in alternative investments and structured products, he is a respected leader in asset management and has contributed significantly to the growth and industry leadership of Waterfall Asset Management.
