Angela Ferrari

Angela Ferrari is a Tax Analyst at Abrams Capital Management, L.P. in Boston, Massachusetts, where she is responsible for preparing and reviewing tax allocations, provisions, and returns for hedge fund and investment clients. At Abrams Capital, her work encompasses a broad array of asset classes, including domestic and foreign equity and debt securities, distressed instruments, and private investments, supporting the firm's value-oriented and opportunistic investment strategy.

Prior to joining Abrams Capital in 2018, Angela held roles as Senior Tax Analyst at BrightSphere Investment Group and Senior Associate at PwC, where she gained significant experience in tax compliance, finance analysis, and collaborating with investment management teams. Her expertise extends to payroll, financial analysis, and the unique tax challenges faced by investment funds and asset managers.

Angela holds a Master of Science in Taxation from Bentley University – McCallum Graduate School of Business, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy & Liberal Studies with a minor in Law from Bentley University. She is a licensed CPA and is recognized for her deep knowledge of hedge fund taxation and her ability to navigate complex tax structures in the investment sector.
