Eric Bourassa

Eric Bourassa is a Senior Research Analyst at Glazer Capital, LLC in New York, specializing in event-driven credit investing with a focus on high yield and credit analysis. At Glazer Capital since May 2022, he is responsible for sourcing and analyzing investment opportunities, utilizing his expertise in complex credit instruments and event-driven strategies. His sector focus includes telecommunications, media & technology (TMT), gaming, lodging & leisure, as well as the energy sector—areas he covered extensively in prior roles.

Before joining Glazer Capital, Eric served as a High Yield Desk Analyst and Vice President at Jefferies, where he was known for publishing detailed analyses across TMT, gaming, lodging and leisure sectors from 2015 to 2022. Earlier in his career, he held roles in Debt Capital Markets and Leveraged Finance at Royal Bank of Scotland, with particular attention to the energy sector, and began as an analyst focusing on healthcare at Morgan Joseph TriArtisan.

Eric holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from the University of Connecticut School of Business and also completed studies in Financial Services at Bryant University.
