Olivia McKelway

Olivia McKelway serves as Vice President at Impactive Capital LP, an activist investment management firm based in New York. In her role, she is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing public equity investments, with a particular focus on driving operational improvements and ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) enhancements within portfolio companies. Her work centers on North American small- to mid-cap companies, with additional selective exposure in Europe, primarily across the finance and consumer services sectors.

Prior to joining Impactive Capital in 2019, Olivia held positions at Goldman Sachs as an Associate and Analyst, gaining experience in investment banking and financial analysis. Her expertise is strengthened by a rigorous analytical approach developed during her time at Goldman and now deployed in Impactive Capital’s concentrated activist equity strategy.

Olivia holds an undergraduate degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where she established a strong foundation in finance and business management. Her educational background includes the International Baccalaureate diploma from the American School of Madrid. Olivia has contributed to Impactive’s industry-leading alpha generation, supporting the firm’s notable record of outperformance relative to relevant equity benchmarks.
