Rebecca Morris Ginzburg is the President and Chief Operating Officer at Junto Capital Management LP, a New York-based hedge fund managing approximately $5 billion in assets. In her role, she oversees firm operations, drives strategic decision-making in partnership with the CEO, and represents Junto Capital to partners and investors, playing a crucial role in the firm's leadership and direction.

Ginzburg and the Junto Capital team specialize in managing a long/short equity fund, focusing on U.S. and global equity markets, with an emphasis on rigorous fundamental research and stock selection across multiple sectors.
