Noah Levy

Noah Levy is the Managing Partner and co-founder of Newtyn Management, a New York-based hedge fund specializing in value-oriented investment strategies. At Newtyn Management, he is responsible for overseeing firm operations, portfolio management, and strategic direction, focusing on delivering superior risk-adjusted returns with low net market exposure. He leads investments primarily in public equities, with notable portfolio concentrations in sectors such as healthcare, real estate, industrials, and consumer services, managing over $1 billion in assets.

Before founding Newtyn in 2011, Noah Levy was a Senior Member at Tyndall Management, where he developed expertise in fundamental research and event-driven strategies. Earlier in his career, he worked as an Analyst at Goldman Sachs, gaining a strong foundation in financial analysis and capital markets. His investment approach is characterized by deep, fundamental research and proactive engagement in corporate events, including special situation transactions such as mergers and take-private offers.

Noah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Dartmouth College, which provided him with a rigorous analytical background for his career in asset management.
