Luke Corning

Luke Corning is Principal and Head of Special Situations at Readystate Asset Management LP, where he leads the firm's strategic investment efforts, focusing on distressed, event-driven, and special situations within public and private markets. His responsibilities include portfolio management, asset allocation, and originating investments in sectors such as credit, equity, and convertible securities, with recent holdings spanning healthcare, consumer, industrials, and technology.

Previously, Mr. Corning was Portfolio Manager and Head of Credit at Pentwater Capital Management, and Portfolio Manager and Strategist at TLP, building deep expertise in credit, capital structure arbitrage, and opportunistic investing.
